Shipping policy

Cast On A Few aims to ship your paid order within 3 business days of your order arriving with us. Typically we do this within 24 hours between Monday and Friday.

We use Pass The Parcel (Castle Parcels) for NZ deliveries and NZ Post for Australia. See rates below.

 

Pickup from store / Click and Collect
Local pick up is available from Titirangi, Auckland.

 

New Zealand - Courier  
Courier bags comfortably hold up to approx. 10 x 50g balls of yarn, or any accessory.

AUCKLAND URBAN: $8.80    RURAL: $12.65

NORTH ISLAND URBAN: $10.90   RURAL: $14.70

SOUTH ISLAND URBAN: $11.10   RURAL: $14.95

 

International - by Post (untracked)

Australia & Pacific Islands: $20.00

Shipping Agents
NZ orders are shipped by Pass The Parcel (Castle Parcels). International orders are shipped by Courier Post (NZ Post).

Any Issues?
If you have not received your order within 7 working days (NZ) or 14 working days (international) from notification from us of it having been despatched, please email castonafewyarns@gmail.com so it can be first investigated from our end. However, please appreciate that couriers are reporting significant delays in delivery times due to high demand. Cast On A Few will fulfill your order within 24 hours of receiving it during weekdays and send a confirmation email with a courier tracking code. As delivery timetables are out of our hands once a courier has been ordered, please contact Pass The Parcel (Castle Parcels) with any specific delivery enquiries.
